Starting July 1st, 2024, the current Minor School License will be updated and renamed to the Special Minor's Restricted License (SMRL). This updated license will include work privileges, standardized driving distances for all students and purposes, and stricter penalties for traffic offenses committed by minors using the license.
Please use the updated Special Minor's Restricted License Information and Permission Packet when applying for your Special Minor's Restricted License.
