WCSD will dismiss at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 due to the forecasted sustained winds of over 50 mph, and the danger that poses to high profile vehicles like our buses.
The School Board was also able to recognize Mr. Sweeney and the 2021 WHS football team seniors at their meeting tonight for their efforts both on and off the field to leave a lasting legacy in WCSD. Thanks boys!

Congratulations to John Shaull on his School Board Salute recognition! When a student who John drives to school reported she lost her cochlear implant, John dropped her off and went back to her house to search the yard and found it! Way to go above and beyond, John! Thank you!

Dec. 4th, over 40 WES & 8 WHS students performed before the Iowa Wild Hockey Game. The elem sang God Bless America, under the direction of Laura VanderLinden. The HSl performed the national anthem under the direction of Jon Barrett.
