First debate meet was last night. New Coach Ellis and his team of Halle H., Hugo H., Franklin P., and Gigi H. had 3 top ten finishes and 1 top 15! Nice work! #wintersethuskypride

Cheerleaders Taelynn Agee, Emily Edrozo, and Emma Deppe participated in the State Honor Cheer Squad. They were part of 250 athletes from 100 different Iowa schools. They learned a 4 minute routine that they performed during halftime of the 2A/3A state championship Fb games.




Mr. Thompson’s Algebra 1 class created pictures on graph paper and found the slopes of all of the lines. By some pictures, kids are already in the holiday spirit! #wintersethuskypride




The Iowa national guard came for Ms. Kappel’s PE and Health classes today refreshing the students’ minds with CPR, how to help in an emergency, applying tourniquets, and stopping the bleed!

Hugo Hanselman was nominated by Ms. Davis as the Nov. Optimist Student of the month, "Hugo is touted by his peers as a bright spot in their day!" Hugo received a certificate, a $50 gift card to Casey's, and was able to choose the Red Cross for the Optimists to make a donation.
