Our 2nd graders had a special visit from local master gardeners! They delved into the world of annuals, perennials, and learned proper planting techniques. They will use the skills to start growing plants to beautify the east and north sides of our elementary school! 🌿👏
Mrs. Bean's 3rd grade class has been learning video editing skills and capturing footage to create citizenship videos. For today's footage, a drone was used to capture footage to reinforce recess expectations. Great work!

The high school came to help 2nd and 3rd grade with their clay project! It was amazing to see them interact with the elementary students.
Mrs. Smith's classroom was asked to make valentine decorations for the Iowa Quilt Museum. They made quilted hearts. ❤️
We are thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our school community, Chief!
We are committed to providing a safe and enriching educational experience for all of our students, and we believe that the Therapy Dog Program will contribute significantly to achieving this goal. Our therapy dog, Chief, will be accompanied by a trained handler, Mrs. Roberts, and will be available to interact with students during designated times throughout the school day.
